Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-10-08. TEMPLATE: review before launch. This is not legal advice.
This policy explains what information OverCount ("we", "us") and our partners collect when you use this website.
Information we collect
- No accounts. You don't sign up, and we don't ask for your name, email or payment details.
- What you type (a player name, stat and line) stays in your browser and in the page address (URL) so you can share it. We don't store it on a server.
- Server logs. Our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Advertising and cookies
We show ads served by Google AdSense, and possibly other ad partners later.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
- Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through a consent message before personalized ads are shown.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live (for example California or another US state with a privacy law, or the EEA/UK), you may have rights to access, delete or opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information used for targeted advertising. Contact us to exercise them.
Age
This site is intended for adults 21 and older and is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
